TLS connections

The SSL toggle uses certificate verification (ssl_mode=VERIFY_CA). Configure a trusted CA with the driver's ssl_ca URI option or a native ssl dictionary in connect_args. Editing a URI with ssl_mode=REQUIRED keeps the SSL toggle enabled and upgrades it to VERIFY_CA when saved. An explicit VERIFY_IDENTITY mode is preserved, including hostname verification, along with other URI query options.
